No. ClinicSoftware.com is entirely cloud-based. You access it through any web browser on any device — Mac, Windows, iPad, or Android. There's nothing to install or maintain.

Most clinics are fully set up and live within 48 hours. Our onboarding team will guide you through configuration, help import your data, and train your staff in a 1-on-1 video session.

Yes. Our mobile apps are available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). Staff can view their appointments, manage client notes, and process payments from their phone.

You own your data. If you cancel, we provide a full data export in CSV/JSON format within 7 days. After 90 days, all your data is securely and permanently deleted from our servers.

Yes — you can embed the booking widget into your existing website, or use a fully branded booking page at your own custom domain (e.g. bookings.yourclinic.com).
